LeadNest Wallet - Prepaid Credit System

The LeadNest Wallet is a prepaid credit system used for SMS, Email, and Validation jobs. It ensures your campaigns continue without interruptions by automatically deducting credits based on real-time usage.

Overview

Unlike traditional monthly subscriptions that have hard caps, the LeadNest Wallet provides flexibility. You can top up whenever needed, and your credits are shared across all apps within your organization. This model ensures you only pay for exactly what you use.

Centralized Credits

Wallet balances belong to the Organization level. This means credits purchased in the wallet can be used by any application under that organization.

Quickstart Guide

1 Access Wallet

In the main sidebar, click LeadNest Wallet to view your current balance and transaction history.

2 Add Funds

  1. Click the Add Credits button.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to purchase.
  3. Complete the payment via your stored card or billing account.

3 Configure Auto-Recharge

  1. Navigate to Settings → Wallet.
  2. Enable Auto-Top Up and set a threshold (e.g., "Recharge $100 when balance falls below $50").

4 Review Usage History

  1. Open the Usage History tab.
  2. Filter your consumption by job type: SMS, Email, or Validation.

Best Practices

  • Enable Auto-Recharge: To avoid campaign failures due to insufficient funds, always keep auto-recharge enabled with a verified backup payment method.
  • App-Level Allocation: Monitor high-usage patterns per app to maintain accurate cost tracking and optimization across your projects.
  • Spending Alerts: Set up threshold alerts for team admins to stay informed about budget consumption before credits run low.
