Audience Module: Users, Imports & Segments

The Audience Module is the core of your app's data. It manages users, bulk imports, and dynamic segmentation—ensuring you have a high-quality, targeted audience for your messaging campaigns.

Overview

The Audience module organizes your leads into profiles and segments. It allows filtering, tagging, and analyzing lead data to create dynamic, targeted groups for campaigns. This module is the foundation of personalization and targeted engagement.

Quickstart Guide

1 Access Audience

In the main sidebar, click on Audience to enter the central data hub for your current app.

2 Create a Segment

  1. Click New Segment.
  2. Define dynamic rules such as Country = US or Reachability ≥ 70.
  3. Preview the segment size in real-time before saving.

3 Apply Tags

  1. Open a specific user profile from the list.
  2. Add relevant tags such as VIP, Warm_Lead, or Invalid_Phone to classify your audience.

4 Export or Sync

  1. Select a saved segment.
  2. Choose Export to CSV or Sync to CRM/Delivery Module for campaign activation.

Best Practices

  • Dynamic Logic: Always prefer dynamic, rule-based segments over static lists to ensure your audience stays up-to-date automatically.
  • Quality Scores: Combine Validation Scores and Engagement Metrics for more accurate and effective targeting.
  • Data Hygiene: Consistently tag invalid, unsubscribed, or low-quality leads to exclude them from high-cost campaigns.
