LeadNest offers flexible, usage-based pricing plans designed to scale with your business. Whether you are a small startup or a global enterprise, we have a plan that fits your communication needs.
Overview
The Billing Console provides account owners with tools to manage subscription plans, payment methods, invoices, and usage reporting. It ensures transparency over credits (SMS, Email, Validation) and allows quick upgrades or downgrades of plans.
Quickstart Guide
1 Open Billing Console
In the main sidebar, select Billing Console to access your financial dashboard.
2 Add a Payment Method
- Navigate to Payment Methods → Add Card.
- Enter your credit or debit card details securely.
- Save the method to enable automated renewals and top-ups.
3 Review Usage & Plans
- Open the Plan & Usage tab.
- Review your current credit consumption for SMS, Email, and DataNest storage.
- Compare your real-time usage with your current plan limits.
4 Download Invoices
- Go to the Invoices section.
- Select the desired month or billing period.
- Download the invoice in PDF or CSV format for your records.

5. Pay As You Go (On-Demand)
The Pay As You Go model provides an alternative to prepaid wallet or fixed subscription plans. Instead of buying credits in advance, your usage for SMS, Email, and Validation is billed on-demand based on actual consumption.
- Ideal for: Businesses with irregular or unpredictable campaign volumes.
- Limits: Set your own monthly spending caps and alert thresholds.
- Billing: Invoices are auto-generated at the end of each cycle and available in the Billing Console.

Best Practices
- Auto-Recharge: Enable auto-recharge with the LeadNest Wallet to prevent campaign interruptions.
- Monthly Audit: Review invoices monthly for internal compliance and budget accuracy.
- Redundancy: Maintain at least one backup payment method in your account to avoid service suspension.
