Validation Module: Data Quality & Integrity

The Validation Module helps you verify the quality of your leads by checking the accuracy of Email and Phone contacts. This ensures your campaigns are sent to verified, valid users—improving deliverability, conversions, and reducing credit wastage.

Overview

The Validate module verifies lead contact information. It supports Email Validation (syntax, MX check, inbox status) and SMS Validation (format, carrier, line type, OTP). This serves as a critical quality gate before launching high-volume campaigns.

Quickstart Guide

1 Access Validate

In the main sidebar, click Validate to open the data quality dashboard.

2 Create a Validation Job

  1. Click the New Job button.
  2. Choose your input source: Dataset (from DataNest), Audience (existing segment), or CSV (direct upload).

3 Select Validation Type

  1. Choose between Email or SMS/Phone validation.
  2. Configure specific checks: syntax, MX records, carrier identification, or OTP verification.

4 Run & Review Results

  1. Click Run Job to begin the verification process.
  2. Track real-time progress in the job dashboard.
  3. Once complete, Export your results or automatically Tag invalid records to exclude them from campaigns.

Best Practices

  • Immediate Action: Validate leads immediately after importing from external sources or DataNest.
  • Compliance Filtering: Use compliance flags to filter out restricted or high-risk contacts (e.g., disposable emails).
  • Quality Thresholds: Set minimum validation thresholds (e.g., reachability ≥ 70) before allowing leads into automated workflows.
