Organizations - Enterprise & Team Management
The Organizations module allows you to manage multiple businesses, clients, or sub-accounts under a single LeadNest login. Each organization maintains its own set of apps, billing configurations, and user permissions.
Overview
Organizations are the top-level entity in LeadNest. They provide absolute isolation for billing and high-level administration, making it easy for agencies and large enterprises to manage separate business units from one central account.
Every organization you create or join has its own dedicated Wallet, Billing Console, and App Portfolio.
Quickstart Guide
1 Access Organizations
In the main sidebar, click Organizations to view and manage your company profiles.
2 Create a New Organization
- Click New Organization.
- Enter the organization name, domain, and primary region.

4 Manage Apps Under Org

Best Practices
- Client Isolation: Create one unique organization per client or independent business entity to ensure billing and data remain separate.
- Dedicated Billing: Maintain separate payment methods for each organization to simplify accounting and reporting.
- Role Delegation: Assign Organization Admins for specific clients rather than using Global Admins for everything.
Next Steps
- Connect organization-specific billing via the Billing Console.
- Assign Lead Hub access on a per-organization basis.
- Automate lead Validation across all apps in your organization.
