Lead Hub - Centralized Lead Management

The Lead Hub is the central dashboard for all your leads. It provides a unified view of captured leads, their sources, validation status, and current stage in your sales pipeline.

Overview

Lead Hub functions as the primary operational workspace for sales and marketing teams. It connects directly with DataNest, Validate, and SalesNest CRM to provide complete lead lifecycle management from capture to conversion.

Unified Intelligence

Lead Hub aggregates data from all your acquisition channels, allowing you to see which sources are providing the highest quality leads based on real-time validation scores.

Quickstart Guide

1 Access Lead Hub

In the main sidebar, select Lead Hub to enter your central lead management environment.

2 Import or Capture Leads

  1. Click New Lead for manual entry of individual prospects.
  2. Select Import to bring in larger lists from DataNest or external CRM files.

3 View Lead Profile

  1. Click on any lead record to open its comprehensive profile.
  2. Review key attributes: contact information, real-time validation scores, and custom tags.

4 Assign Leads

  1. Select one or more leads from your list and click Assign.
  2. Choose your assignment method: Manual assignment to a specific user/team or Round Robin for automated distribution.

Best Practices

  • Pre-Assignment Validation: Always run your leads through the Validation Module before assigning them to your sales team to ensure high-quality outreach.
  • Consistent Tagging: Use tags to classify leads by source (e.g., Facebook_Ads), status, or perceived quality to improve filtering.
  • Automation Rules: Set up automated assignment rules to ensure new leads are distributed to agents instantly, reducing response times.

  • Trigger automated Journeys based on new lead entry conditions.
  • Export enriched lead lists from the Lead Hub for offline analysis or external tools.
