System Architecture & Onboarding
LeadNest is built on a high-performance multi-tenant architecture designed for scalability, data isolation, and centralized control. Understanding the relationship between Organizations and Apps is the first step to mastering the platform.
1. Core Concepts
Organization (Org)
The top-level container created during onboarding. It represents your company or business entity. Billing, credits, and subscriptions are managed at the Org level.
Apps (Functional Workspaces)
Functional workspaces created inside an organization. Each app operates independently with its own audience, campaigns, and integrations. All user activity and analytics are app-level.
Org: Bizionic
Apps: LeadNest, EarnOn, InstaHirin, Medasy
2. The User Onboarding Flow
Following this sequence ensures your environment is correctly configured for your marketing and sales teams.
1 Signup & Verification
Users enter their email and complete a secure OTP verification to enter the LeadNest ecosystem.
2 Create Your Organization
Immediately after login, you'll be prompted to create your primary Organization. This establishes your billing identity.
3 Create Your First App
Every Org must have at least one app. This is where your CRM, Audience, and Marketing features live.
4 Access Dashboard
Once your app is created, you enter the App Dashboard to start importing data and launching campaigns.
