Quickstart Guide

1 Access Support

In the main sidebar, click Support to open the help center.

2 Create a Support Ticket

  1. Click New Ticket.
  2. Select your issue type and severity level.
  3. Provide as much detail as possible to help our team resolve your issue faster.

3 Use Live Chat

  1. Open the Chat Widget in the bottom corner.
  2. Connect with a live agent for real-time assistance with urgent queries.

4 Browse Knowledge Base

  1. Select Help Articles.
  2. Search our database of step-by-step solutions and frequently asked questions.

Best Practices

  • Search First: Always search the documentation and knowledge base before raising a ticket—most common questions are already answered.
  • Provide Context: When opening a ticket, include relevant logs, screenshots, and steps to reproduce the issue for a faster resolution.
  • Priority Accuracy: Use severity levels (Low, Medium, High, Critical) correctly to help our team prioritize urgent issues.
