Applications - Project & Brand Management
Applications represent individual projects, brands, or products within an organization. They provide execution-level isolation, allowing you to manage multiple campaigns, audiences, and configurations independently under a single organization.
Overview
The All Apps module allows you to manage and switch between different applications or workspaces within LeadNest. This is useful for organizations running multiple projects, campaigns, or clients under a single account.
Applications inherit organization context but maintain independent audiences, campaigns, configurations, and analytics. This allows agencies to manage multiple clients or enterprises to manage multiple brands under one organization.
Quickstart Guide
1 Navigate to All Apps
In the main sidebar, click on All Apps to view your current application portfolio.
2 Create a New App
- Click the New App button.
- Enter the App Name, Region, and Default Channel (SMS/Email/Push).
- Click Save to initialize the workspace.
3 Manage App Members
- Select your app and open the Members Tab.
- Invite teammates by entering their email addresses.
- Assign specific roles: Viewer, Editor, or Admin.
4 Switch Between Apps
Use the App Switcher Dropdown at the top left of the interface to quickly jump between different project contexts without logging out.
Best Practices
- Logical Grouping: Create one app per business unit, project, or client to keep data clean.
- Naming Conventions: Use clear and consistent names, e.g.,
Retail_US_2025orSMS_India_Promo. - Security: Restrict admin-level permissions to trusted users only to maintain configuration integrity.
