Overview
In today's data-driven world, the quality of your leads defines the success of your campaigns. DataNest eliminates manual prospecting by providing enriched firmographics, technographics, and direct contact details—all fully integrated into the LeadNest ecosystem. All lead records flow through DataNest before being activated in campaigns or journeys.
DataNest uses a multi-step verification process to ensure email deliverability and phone accuracy, significantly reducing bounce rates and protecting your sender reputation.
Quickstart Guide
1 Open DataNest
In the main sidebar, click on DataNest to access your central lead intelligence hub.
2 Import Your Data
- Select New Dataset → Upload CSV or Connect CRM.
- Map required fields:
name,email,phone, andcountry. - Save your schema configuration for future reuse.
3 Validate Your Leads
- Run Validate (Email/SMS) directly from within your DataNest dataset.
- Apply reachability and compliance checks to filter out high-risk contacts.
4 Activate Your Dataset
- Choose your validated dataset and click Actions → Send to Audience/Delivery/Journeys.
- Confirm your synchronization options to push the data live.

- Dataset Separation: Maintain separate datasets for raw, validated, and active records to avoid data contamination.
- Automation First: Automate imports using the API or CRM sync instead of relying on manual CSV uploads.
- Pre-Campaign Validation: Always apply validation checks before activating datasets in any live marketing campaigns.
