Notifications - Real-Time System Alerts
The Notification module centralizes all alerts and updates for your organization and apps. It ensures you never miss a critical event, from campaign results to billing reminders.

In a high-volume environment, staying informed is key. LeadNest Notifications include validation job results, detailed campaign reports, billing threshold alerts, and critical system messages. This central hub keeps your team aligned and responsive.
Notifications are app-specific but can be managed globally. You can configure exactly how and where you want to receive different types of alerts.
Quickstart Guide
1 Access Notifications
In the top navigation bar of the LeadNest interface, click the Notification Bell Icon to view your recent alerts.
2 View & Filter Alerts
- Select any notification to view its full details (e.g., a summary of a completed validation job).
- Use filters to narrow down alerts by type: Validation, Campaign, or Billing.
3 Manage Preferences
- Open your Notification Settings.
- Choose your preferred delivery channels: In-app, Email, or Slack integrations.
Best Practices
- External Integrations: Enable Slack or Email notifications for mission-critical jobs like high-volume imports or large-scale campaigns.
- Inbox Hygiene: Clear or mark notifications as read weekly to stay organized and ensure new alerts are visible.
- Role-Based Alerts: Assign different notification categories to specific teams (e.g., Billing alerts for Finance, Campaign alerts for Marketing).
