Yes. eDocuSign is free, with every feature included — multiple signers, templates,
document tracking and payments.
Are eSignatures legally binding?
Yes — eSignatures made with eDocuSign are legally binding. Electronic signatures are
recognised by law in most countries; for specialised document types, check the rules
that apply where you operate.
Can several people sign the same document?
Yes. Add as many recipients as you need and give each one a role — for example signer or
approver.
How can I create my signature?
Draw it, type it, or upload an image of your signature — whichever you prefer.
Which file types can I upload?
