Permitted Uses
You may use Leadnest.ai Services to:

Send communications (push, email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, web, or IoT) only to opted in recipients.
- •Manage leads and customer data with proper legal authority.
- •Analyze engagement, campaign performance, and customer journeys for legitimate business purposes
- •Integrate Leadnest.ai APIs into your applications, provided the integration complies with this Policy and relevant data protection laws.
Prohibited Content
You may not use Leadnest.ai Services to create, store, or transmit content that:

Is unlawful or illegal: including content promoting fraud, phishing, scams, or criminal activity.
- •
Infringes on rights: including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or data protection rights.
- •
Is harmful or exploitative: including child exploitation, human trafficking, terrorism, self-harm, or violence.
- •
Is discriminatory or hateful: based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected class.
- •
Is misleading or manipulative: such as false advertising, deceptive subject lines, or “dark pattern” practices.
- •
Violates healthcare protections: PHI (Protected Health Information) may only be transmitted if you are on a HIPAA-compliant plan with a signed Business Associate Agreement.
Prohibited Conduct
When using Leadnest.ai, you must not:

Send Spam: unsolicited bulk messages, cold outreach without consent, or excessive frequency that harms user trust.
- •
Ignore Opt-outs: failing to honor unsubscribe, Do Not Disturb (DND), or similar suppression lists.
- •
Abuse the System: bypassing rate limits, exploiting platform bugs, using bots to inflate engagement, or attempting to overload infrastructure.
- •
Reverse Engineer or Scrape: attempting to decompile, extract, or harvest platform data or AI outputs.
- •
Resell or Misuse Accounts: sharing credentials, reselling services without authorization, or impersonating others.
- •
Breach Security: attempting unauthorized access, probing networks, or distributing malware/spyware through our Services.
Data & Compliance Obligations

Consent Management: You must maintain valid records of consent for all communications, in line with GDPR/DPDPA.
- •
Privacy Policy: You must publish and maintain an accessible privacy policy explaining how you collect, use, and share data.
- •
Special Data Handling: Sensitive data (health, biometric, financial) must only be processed under explicit consent and with enhanced security.
- •
Cross-Border Transfers: You are responsible for ensuring lawful transfer of data outside your jurisdiction (e.g., using SCCs for EU).
- •
Regulatory Adherence: You are solely responsible for complying with sectoral laws (e.g., HIPAA, FINRA, PCI-DSS) relevant to your usage.
Enforcement & Remedies
Leadnest.ai enforces this Policy in a graduated but firm manner

Notice & Remediation: For minor violations, we’ll notify you and provide an opportunity to fix the issue.
- •
Temporary Suspension: For repeated or serious violations, access may be limited or suspended immediately.
- •
Termination: For egregious or willful misconduct, your account may be permanently closed.
- •
Legal Remedies: We reserve the right to seek damages, cooperation with law enforcement, and reporting to regulators.
Code of Conduct (Community & Engagement Spaces)
Whether using our support channels, events, or online communities, you must:
- • Treat others with respect. Harassment, bullying, or hate speech will not be tolerated.
- • Contribute constructively. Spam, trolling, or disruptive behavior is not acceptable.
- • Respect moderators. Instructions from community managers must be followed.
- • Protect confidentiality. Do not share private or proprietary information without consent.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter violations of this Policy, report them to abuse@leadnest.ai. We will investigate promptly and confidentially.
